Service description

FrameRevive provides video restoration services, including sample reviews, quoting, restoration work, and delivery of restored files. Results depend on the condition of the source media.

Sample review and quotes

Projects typically start with a technical sample review. Any estimate shown on the site is informational only. We provide a fixed quote after reviewing a sample of your source and confirming scope, targets, and turnaround.

Your responsibilities

  • You confirm you own the media or have permission to submit it for restoration.
  • You provide accurate project information and do not submit prohibited content.
  • You keep a backup of your original files. We are not a long-term archival storage provider.

Restoration limits

Restoration can reduce noise, flicker, blur, compression artifacts, and similar defects, but it cannot guarantee recovery of missing detail, eliminate all issues, or reproduce original quality when the source is severely degraded. We may recommend an achievable target resolution (often 1080p) rather than forcing a higher number.

Prohibited use

You may not use the service to submit illegal content, content you do not have rights to, or content that violates our Prohibited Content Policy. We may refuse service, suspend access, or remove content that violates these terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, FrameRevive is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version.
