Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how FrameRevive collects, uses, and protects information when you browse the site, create an account, submit a project brief, or upload media for restoration.

FrameRevive is designed for private family media. We aim to collect the minimum needed to operate the service.

Information we collect

  • Account information: email address and authentication metadata managed through our identity provider.
  • Project information: brief details you submit (e.g., runtime estimate, goals, and notes).
  • Uploaded media: video files and any derived outputs we generate (e.g., sample clips or final masters).
  • Basic usage analytics: limited page view data to understand what content is useful. If your browser has Do Not Track enabled, we respect it.

How we use information

  • Provide account access, project tracking, and secure uploads.
  • Perform sample review, restoration work, quality checks, and delivery.
  • Respond to support requests and operational messages.
  • Improve site content and reliability using aggregated metrics.

Storage, security, and access

Uploaded files are stored in encrypted cloud storage. Access is restricted to authorized personnel and systems needed to process your project. We use temporary upload credentials and do not ask you to email large files.

Retention and deletion basics

We retain account and project information while you use the service. We retain uploaded source files and generated outputs for as long as needed to complete your project and for a reasonable period thereafter to support redownload and support requests.

You can request deletion of your account or media by contacting us at hello@framerevive.com.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the platform (for example, hosting, storage, and authentication), and only as needed to deliver the service or comply with law.

Your choices

  • You can avoid submitting optional notes in your project brief.
  • You can enable Do Not Track to limit analytics collection.
  • You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing us.
