Is FAMILY250 a discount package?

No. FAMILY250 is a limited family-archive review offer: we review the source, restore a short sample when the footage is appropriate, then quote the full restoration work based on the condition and runtime.

Can FrameRevive restore physical tapes?

Yes, but digital uploads are faster. If a family only has VHS, Hi8, MiniDV, DVD, 8mm, Super 8, or mixed physical media, they should submit the brief first so we can discuss transfer, shipping, or local handoff before anything is mailed.

Does the offer guarantee 4K?

No. Some sources can support a beautiful HD or 4K-style master; others look best as a careful 1080p restoration. The sample review tells us what is real for that footage.

Can this combine with Community Care Discount?

No. FAMILY250 and Community Care Discount cannot be combined. If a customer is eligible for both, FrameRevive applies the better eligible discount.
